Knowledge of
performing arts is a very important
factor in creating relationships and
understanding between groups of people
and communities both domestically and
internationally, in order to be a basis
for economic development and to promote
national arts together. Recognizing this
importance, the Faculty of Fine and
Applied Arts has developed and started
offering the Doctor of Philosophy
(Performing Arts) program since 2018
onwards to produce doctoral graduates as
scholars and researchers with
inter-disciplinary knowledge, as the
current society needs to create a new
group of personnel with expertise in
regional studies, which is a new step in
producing human resources for the
country and the world through the
performing arts dimension, in order to
continue the national culture and also
promote the development of wisdom in
arts and culture. This is another way to
create immunity in arts and culture
together.
