On October 19,
2023, TCAP together with the Faculty of
Fine and Applied Arts, dean, along with
lecturers met with Mr. Masataka Naruo,
president, and Mr. Torii Masamichi,
strategic planner and caretaker of the
mascot "Kumamon". The
