The Faculty of Fine Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Fashion Management (IIFM) of Italy, announced the launch of the “Experience the Italian Essence” program. This is the first and only program in Thailand that truly opens the door to the world of global luxury. It brings entrepreneurs, designers, and fashion students to Milan to experience, learn, exchange perspectives, and participate in real workshops with leading international brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Brunello Cucinelli.

The press conference was held on August 14, 2026, and was attended by the Assistant President for International Affairs of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The event welcomed executives and members of the press. IIFM, led by Dr. Luca Fortuna, President of the Italian Institute of Fashion Management, and Dr. Nicola Guerini, Dean of the Italian Institute of Fashion Management, opened the event and held a seminar on the topic of “Italian Excellence in Fashion, Luxury and Creative Industries.” Dr. Lorenzo Vermigli, Deputy Head of Mission of the Italian Embassy in Thailand, representing the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Thailand, also honored the event with his presence to congratulate IIFM on this significant academic collaboration. The event took place at the Sai Sutthanaphol Museum, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok.
