Fashion and Styling Design Students Explore Fashion and Jewellery through the Vivienne Westwood Exhibition

The Fashion Design and Styling Programme, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organised an educational visit to the “Vivienne Westwood & Jewellery” exhibition at The Event Hall, 2nd Floor, Central Chidlom.

The exhibition presents the distinctive works, creative concepts, and stories of Vivienne Westwood, one of the world’s most influential fashion designers, and marks the exhibition’s first presentation in Thailand.

On 17 September 2026, third-year students visited the exhibition to gain first-hand insights into creative concepts, design processes, fashion, and jewellery. The experience provided valuable knowledge and inspiration that students can further develop and apply to their academic studies and creative practice.

On 6 October 2026, first-year students also visited the exhibition as part of their learning experience. The visit offered them an opportunity to broaden their perspectives and gain inspiration in fashion and styling from the early stage of their studies.

This educational activity reflects the programme’s emphasis on experiential learning beyond the classroom, allowing students to engage directly with internationally recognised fashion works, explore the ideas of an influential figure in the global fashion industry, and translate their experiences into creative approaches to future design projects.
