
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
is expanding its international academic
cooperation network by signing a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with
the Italian Institute of Fashion
Management in Milan, Italy. This
collaboration aims to develop fashion
and creative industry education to meet
international standards. The university
executives who participated in the
signing ceremony included Assoc. Prof.
Dr. Ruedech Kerdvichai, Chairman of the
University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr.
Chutikarn Srivibul, President of Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University; Dr. Anek
Permwongseni, Vice Chairman of the
University Council; Mr. Tonfon Sapnirun,
Assistant to the President for
International Relations; Asst. Prof. Dr.
Ekaphong Ingkuea, Dean of the Faculty of
Fine Arts; Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanoknat
Mayuso, Vice Dean for Administration;
and Asst. Prof. Supawadee Chuisukha,
lecturer in the Fashion Design and
Styling program, Faculty of Fine
Arts.
Under this agreement...
Both institutions will collaborate on
academic and professional activities in
various dimensions, including organizing
exclusive workshops led by experts from
the European fashion industry,
developing joint programs that integrate
theoretical and practical knowledge,
exchanging academic staff, students, and
researchers, and establishing
partnerships with the Italian fashion
industry to provide students with
opportunities for real-world
international learning
experiences.
The delegates
revealed that the main goal of this
collaboration is to elevate the
standards of fashion education in
Thailand to a world-class level, while
creating a long-term network of
cooperation between educational
institutions and industry. This will
enhance the capabilities of graduates,
equipping them with creativity,
technological expertise, and an
understanding of the global fashion
market.
Following the signing
ceremony, a private visit was also
organized to provide in-depth insights
into the design, production, and
management processes of world-class
brands. Visits to leading Italian
fashion brands including:

Experts in
international education view this type
